Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently use two shipping options in The Netherlands – PostNL and DHL. Depending on which provider delivers quicker to your area, that’s the one we use. Most orders arrive within two business days. We have no control over the provider outside of The Netherlands. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We try to ship your order as soon as it arrives and it goes out on the very first shipment available. Within The Netherlands most packages arrive within two business days after we’ve processed it. During the holiday season or due to bank holidays, some orders arrive a little later. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We sure do! We currently offer attractive shipping rates to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom. Shipping to other countries is too expensive at the moment, but we’re looking into options to service customers in other countries. 

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We try to make the checkout process as easy as possible. At the moment we accept iDeal, credit cards, SOFORT banking, and Bancontact. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our store has the SSL security required by EU legislation and we do not store any payment information on our servers. We recommend using a secure internet connection when sending any kind of sensitive information online. Please beware using open WiFi networks and shopping online when in public places.

How do I place an Order?

We’ve put a lot of effort in designing a great online shopping experience for our customers, whether using your desktop, laptop or mobile device. Aside from ordering online, from time to time we have events where the official merchandise is sold, but for the best experience we recommend using our webshop.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account, but in some cases it’s mutually beneficial to set one up.  For instance, it makes it easier for you to track your order and helpful for us when you need to exchange or return an item.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, that’s why we process it right away. If for some reason you wish to cancel or change your order, please give us a call right away. How Do I Track My Order?

You will be able to find all details in your account info in the shop. If you chose to check out as a guest, you will receive an email confirmation with specifics of your order. Once the order is processed and shipped you will receive an update with a tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

Simply send it back to us within 14 days for a different size or your money back. Unfortunately we do not offer free return shipping. Please include instructions with your returns so we know how you would like to us to handle your returns. We only accept unworn and unwashed items with attached hangtags. Underwear can not be returned or exchanged.
